How to create cannabis oil with alcohol

The effect of the cannabis oil itself or the resin thus depends mainly on the cannabis used in the process itself. In a similar, somewhat more sophisticated way, industrial cannabis producers obtain CBD oil, and in countries where “THC hemp” is allowed. To produce 60 ml of hashish oil, we need:

• 500 g of cannabis buds
• 6 - 8 l solvents (isopropyl alcohol, petroleum ether)
• Deep bowl
• 2 clean containers
• Measuring cup
• Large coffee filter
• The cooker

Place the starting ingredients in a deep bucket that will prevent the oil mixture from splashing during the manufacturing process. Moisten the tips with a solvent and crush them with a wooden puncher. After crushing the tips, add the solvent until the crushed mixture is completely immersed in the solvent. The crushed mixture is treated with a wooden puncher for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour the oil and solvent mixture into another clean container. Leave the starter tips in the first deep rinse container. To perform the second rinse, again add fresh solvent to the initial tips until they are completely submerged. Re-process them with the interpreter for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour the newly made oil and solvent mixture into another container that you have already poured into the mixture at the first rinse. The rinsing can be completed in two rounds, or we can decide on a third rinse.

When deciding on the third flushing of the tips, it is important to remember that the oil obtained from the third flush does not have as much healing value compared to the previous oil, but it can nevertheless be useful especially for the treatment of minor health problems (eg skin problems). The first rinse dissolves 75-80% of the healing resins of the tips, and the second rinse dissolves most of the remaining healing resin. The first rinse produces the highest quality and potent hashish oil, and when using superior material, the second rinse cycle can also be of high quality. In the case of poor quality material, it is best to perform only the first rinse. Remember that quality is more important than the quantity of a product and that more quality healing properties of oil mean better healing.

The resulting mixture should be filtered after rinsing. This is done with the help of a larger coffee filter, which is inserted into the funnel, from which the filtered oil will flow into a clean collection tank. This process removes any unwanted plant particles. The next step is to extract the solvent in the pre-filtered oil mixture. The easiest way to do this is with a kettle, into which the filtered mixture is poured up to three-quarters of the height of the pan and the kettle is turned on to high heat. When the evaporation level of the solvent decreases, the remaining filtered mixture is added. Solvent evaporation can be dangerous as the solvent is flammable. As a result, all glowing appliances, cigarettes, and other hazardous items are removed. Cooking or. Evaporation must be carried out in a well-ventilated area - using a fan blowing off the solvent vapor. Point it in the middle of the cooker, as flammable vapors can stay at the bottom of the pan. Vapors are not inhaled.

When there is only about 5 cm (depending on the size of the surface of the cooker) of the height of the hash oil mixture, add 10 - 12 drops of water to the oil mixture. Water helps evaporate the last solvent residue. When cooking in the kettle, it regulates the temperature itself, since in the case of cooking the rice ensures that it is not burned. When we hear a crackling sound from the mix and see steam and bubbles in the oil, it is a sign that they are evaporating the last drops of water that we added earlier. When the cooker is automatically set to a low temperature, wait for it to cool and then set to a high temperature. When the automatic temperature returns to low temperature, remove the cooker and pour the contents into a stainless steel measuring cup.

The residual oil in the cooker can be washed with a small amount of alcohol as it absorbs the oil. In doing so, hemp tincture is made, whose healing values ​​depend on the amount of alcohol in it. The oil residues in the cooker can also be absorbed with pieces of bread. Put the oil in a measuring cup on a lower heating device, e.g. coffee heater. This evaporates the remaining water from the oil. When the oil stops boiling, no more bubbles are present We can stop heating and put the oil in plastic syringes for use.

Another way to complete the process is to use an oven in which to put the oil in a measuring cup. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C and heat the oil for about 30 - 60 minutes. Slowly put the hash oil into the plastic syringes you can get at the pharmacy. When the oil cools to room temperature, it becomes a dense substance - sometimes so dense that it can be difficult to squeeze it out of the syringe. In this case, simply place the syringe in a cup of hot water that softens the contents in no time. The process of making cannabis oil takes about 3 to 4 hours and the result is a ready-to-use drug.
It is also important to note that this oil has a very long service life. For long-term storage, it should be stored in a dark container with a tight lid or in a stainless steel container. If kept in a cool, dark place, it can retain its healing properties for many years.
