    First you must understand guidelines and laws. Then you must understand difference between dispensaries and caregivers. You must also know where is the limit by law so the pollife can't mess with you if you have not broken the law. Understand and ivestigate recipocity agreements. To apply for a card you must go to your doctor. Fill out an application. Prepare payment, because things ain't free. Secure your ID card with proof of identity and proof of residence. Wait for your card to arrive. Decide how to get your medicine. Know how to deal with you'r issues. Be smart about it and dont abuse it. Your thoughts?
