Quick Recipes Using Canna Oil

There are numerous ways on how to make edibles and most of them are usually based on cannabutter. However, edibles can also be made in many different ways. One of them is to infuse cannabis in oil and there are lots of easy recipes using canna oil. On top of that, making canna oil is the easiest way to make edibles. So, without further ado, let’s take a look at 4 quick recipes using canna oil.

1. Chickpeas Salad

Chickpeas salad is one of the easiest and quickest recipes using canna oil. All you need to do is mix together all ingredients, such as chickpeas, finely chopped celery, pepper, green onions, and garlic. Then add yellow mustard, a little bit of lemon juice and approx. 2 tbsp of canna oil. Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

2. Simple Pasta

Another easy recipe using canna oil is to make weed pasta. Simply boil pasta in a pot and drain once cooked. Heat the canna oil in a frying pan and add chopped white onion, pesto, salt, pepper, and any other spices, depending on the taste. When the onion softens, mix this pesto mixture together with cooked pasta in a large bowl and serve.

3. Tacos With Portobello Mushrooms

You can also make tacos with portobello mushrooms. Firstly, clean mushrooms and prepare mushroom marinade by mixing canna oil, lime juice, finely chopped cilantro, and sea salt. Now place mushrooms in large enough bowl with sealer (any plastic ziplock will do its job perfectly as well) and add marinade. They should marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Lastly, grill them on both sides for a couple of minutes, then assemble tacos. Cover the tortillas with slices of mushrooms, avocado, cabbage, cilantro, jalapeno, squeeze with lime juice and tacos are ready to be served.

4. Zucchini Banana Muffins

We’ve saved the best for the last! In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, applesauce, grated zucchini, brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and canna oil. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients, such as flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Finally, add the dry mixture to the mixture with the bananas. Stir until everything combines and fill ¾ of muffin cups with the created batter. In a small cup, mix white sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Lastly, bake in preheated oven to approx. 180ºC (350°F) for 30 minutes. You can serve muffins once they cool down.
